Neurological Music Therapy for the Elderly with Mental Disorders

推广以老年精神障碍患者的神经功能康复与改善为目标的神经音乐治疗,在全球老龄化的进程中,对和谐社会的构建,具有积极而又重大的意义。本文介绍了老年精神障碍的接受型神经音乐治疗和表达型神经音乐治疗,强调了表达型治疗方法的神经系统功能康复和改善的特性;同时,作者也择要介绍了欧美国家神经音乐治疗的诊断、评估和干预实践经验,认为欧美音乐治疗人员的多学科素养训练,实践过程中团队合作的多学科协作模式,能够保证神经音乐治疗实践的科学性与可持续发展性,使音乐治疗能真正为老龄群体的身心健康服务。

For improving and rehabilitating the function of neural system for the elderly,Neurological Music Therapy is playing a very important and positive role in the construction of harmonious societies as the world is getting aged.In this paper,the author introduces both receptive and expressive neurological music therapy,and lays stress on expressive Neurological Music Therapy for its strong traits of neural function improvement and rehabilitation.Furthermore,practical experiences from European and American countries in diagnosis and assessment for neurological music therapy are briefly introduced with appreciation：the multidisciplinary training of therapists and the multidisciplinary team-work in neurological music therapy practice make it possible to guarantee the scientific,long lasting development of the therapy itself and qualified the mission for the health and happiness of the elderly.
