摘要
以硝酸铁、硫酸钛为原料,以氨水为沉淀剂,通过共沸蒸馏法制备出结晶完整、粒径在4~8nm范围、不同掺Fe3+量的TiO2纳米粉体,并用XRD测试方法对晶体的物相和粒度进行了分析。通过在日光下催化降解水杨酸溶液,对其光催化活性进行了研究。实验结果表明:掺入Fe3+可使TiO2纳米粉体的粒径变小,在日光下尤以掺入0.1%Fe3+的TiO2的催化活性最高。
The Fe^3+-doped TiO2 nanometer powders were synthesized with Fe(NO3)3 · 9H2O, Ti(SO4)2, the sediment agent NH3 · H2O by azeotropic distillation method, with well-crystallized particles. The particles size of TiO2 are about 4 - 8nm. The crystal phase composition and particles size are analyzed by means of XRD. The photocatalytic activity was studied by using degradation of salicylic acid in the sunlight. Experimental results show that the particle size of TiO2 gets smaller when doped with Fe^3+ , and TiO2 with 0.1% doped Fe^3+ has the best photocatalytic activity in the sunlight.
