化学专业学生实验能力与就业能力关联度分析 被引量:7

摘要 影响大学生就业的因子组成比较复杂,剔除一些偶然因素,运用灰色关联度分析方法分析化学类毕业生就业能力与化学实验能力、专业知识水平、基本操作技能、组织协调能力、劳动工艺能力、探究能力等因子之间关联度,可以看出,综合实验能力是影响化学化工专业学生就业能力的主要因素,个体特质性也是影响就业能力指标的重要方面。 The factors influencing college graduate employment are very complex, including students' knowledge, hands-on ability, organizational and coordinated abilities, working techniques etc. This article takes the chemical graduates for example by using Grey-correlation method to analyze the relation between students'employment ability and chemical experiment ability. This result shows that integrated experiment ability is the main factor influencing students' employment, so is the individual personality.
