精神分裂症患者暴力行为临床特征研究

Clinical Characteristic Research for Schizophrenia Sickness Patient Rough Stuff

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的暴力行为特点及相关影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对176例具有暴力行为的精神分裂症患者的相关文化背景、职业、、精神症状等进行回顾性研究,并提出干预对策。结果男性暴力行为发生率高于女性(3:1);工人农民居多,占68.75%。初中以下文化程度占76.15%。结论暴力行为多发生于男性,且与患者的文化背景、职业等特征有关,早期预测和干预有重要意义。

Objective Discusses the schizophrenia sickness patient＇s rough stuff characteristic and the related influencing factor, provides the basis for the formulation intervention measure. Methods Has the rough stuff schizophrenia sickness patient＇s related cultural context, the occupation to 176 examples, the energetic symptom and so on to conduct the review research, and proposes the intervention countermeasure. Results The masculine rough stuff formation rate is higher than the female （3：1）; The worker farmer is in the majority, accounts for 68.75%. The junior middle school following years of schooling account for 76.15% Conclusion The rough stuff occurs much in the male, and with characteristics and so on patient＇s cultural context, occupation related, the early prediction and the intervention have the important meaning
