摘要 采用机械动力学原理建立数控机床回转工作台传动系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件的动态仿真工具箱S im-u link构造交流伺服电机驱动回转工作台传动系统的仿真模型,获得了反映数控回转工作台动态性能的时域和频域特性仿真曲线,通过仿真结果对系统的快速性和稳定性进行了分析,同时考虑齿轮以及蜗轮蜗杆传动间隙对传动精度的影响,给出了提高数控回转工作台动态性能的措施。为数控回转工作台进给伺服系统的设计、参数选择以及性能优化提供了理论依据。 The mathematical model of feed drive system about rotation platform of NC machine was set up according to the theory of mechanical dynamics theorem. The emulational model for alternating servo machine of feed drive system was constructed with simulink, which is a kind of dynamic simulate toolbox in MATLAB. The emulational curve figures in time and frequency areas that reflect dynamic performance of rotation platform were obtained, whose speediness quality and stabilization were analyzed in NC machine. The influences which bring by the drive backlash of geer and worm wheel to the drive precision of rotation platform were studied, and several methods to enhance the dynamic performance were introduced.
