紧急制动工况下某型削角方舱结构有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,确定了某型削角方舱结构在行驶过程中的极限承载力,提出了方舱结构的改进设计意见。首先,通过模型简化、单元选择,建立了方舱结构的有限元模型。然后根据方舱结构的设计使用情况,选择载荷情况最为危险的紧急制动工况为分析对象,对建立的有限元模型进行了有限元分析及计算,通过强度和刚度的分析,寻找出了方舱结构中强度与刚度薄弱或富余的构件,为方舱结构的改进设计提供了数据支持。分析结果表明该方法是有效的,可广泛应用于方舱结构的改进设计。 FEA software ANSYS was used to determine the maximum load-learning capacity of a certain type of angle module structure in the process of moving, the improving idea of module structure was bring forward. By simplifying model, selecting unit, the FE model of module structure was set up. According to the design and application of module structure, the most dangerous load of emergency braking conditions was chosen as the objects for analysis, through the analysis and calculation of the established FE model, and the analysis of strength and stiffness under such working condition, the strength and stiffness of the weak or redundant components in the module structure was found, all of which contribute to the data that are used for the amelioration design of module structure. The results show that this method is an effective way, which can be widely used in the amelioration design of module structure.
