摘要 概括了高速铣削薄壁件走刀策略的一般原则,基于UG CAM在高速铣削方面的领先技术,分别研究了薄壁件的侧壁、腹板、圆角等特征表面的走刀策略问题,讨论了多型腔薄壁结构件的加工顺序,最后介绍了次摆线加工及Nurbs插补在加工薄壁件中的应用。 The general principles of cutting strategy in high speed milling of thin-wall components were summarized, based on the leading technology of UG CAM in high speed milling, the problems of selection cutting strategy in milling characteristic surface of thin-walled structure such as thin rib, thin web and comer were studied, the sequences of machining cavities of thin-walled structure component were discussed, the applications of trochoidal machining & Nurbs interpolation in milling thin-wall component were reviewed.
