脉冲电化学光整加工的间隙特性

摘要 通过理论分析脉冲电化学光整加工中的间隙与电解液流速之间的关系,并通过系统地实验研究,探讨了加工间隙和流速对表面质量的影响规律。研究结果表明:合理控制加工间隙对保证较高的电解液流速和较好的加工表面质量极为重要;在优选的工艺参量下,可快速获得优质表面。以1Cr18Ni9Ti试件为例,在优化参数下,1~2s内将表面粗糙度值为Ra1.6μm的原始表面加工成Ra0.04μm的镜面。显然,目前在脉冲电化学光整加工上的研究为该技术更好地满足现代制造业中高表面质量产品实际应用的需要打下基础。 The relation between interelectrode gap and flow rate in pulse electrochemical finishing (PECF) was analyzed in theory, and the rules of effect of both on surface quality were highlighted and analyzed based on the experiments. Lots of experiments show that the surface quality can be effectively controlled and improved by analyzing and matching the above-mentioned parameters and a topquality surface can be quickly obtained under the optimized parameters. Take 1Crl 8Ni9Ti for example, a mirror-like surface by PECM can be gained and the surface roughness value can be reduced from more than Ral. 6μm to less than RaO. 04μm within 1 - 2 seconds. It' s evident from the experimental results that the present research on PECF lays the foundation for meeting the needs of products with better surface quality in modern manufacturing industries.
