摘要
采用非圆磨削技术研发大功率船用柴油机凸轮数控磨床,建立了凸轮非圆磨削的运动模型。在此模型的基础上从磨削机制入手,详细分析了磨削体积在凹弧和凸弧段不同的变化规律,并找出了运动接触弧长和工件线速度的关系,提出了通过凸轮变速旋转来保证运动接触弧长不变,使磨削量基本恒定的控制新策略。
The motion model was built to introduce the non-circular grinding technology into the manufacture of cams in the highpower marine diesel engine. The different grinding volume changing rules of the concave arc and convex arc were researched. The control strategy that grinding volume can be kept almost constant via making cam rotate at the variational velocity was presented according to the relation between grinding contact arc length and workpiece velocity.
