摘要
提出了一种以PMAC运动控制器为核心,PMAC与IPC组成上下位机的双CPU机构,及与BAYSIDE公司的NANO系列纳米级位移平台组成的精密运动控制系统。对在该系统支持下的篦齿间隙测量的标定系统进行了研究。介绍了系统的硬件组成和标定原理,PMAC控制卡的PID控制算法以及PID参数整定,标定系统的上下位机软机组成设计。
A dual-CPU structure was put forward which is composed of main-subordinate unit of PMAC and IPC with PMAC motion controller at the core and accurate kinetic control system composed with NANOMOTION electric machine of BAYSIDE company, The calibration system of measuring the clearance of labyrinth supported by the system was studied. The system hardware components and system calibration principles, the control algorithm of PMAC control card and PID parameter setting and the design of calibration system of main-subordinate unit staking machine were introduced.
