摘要 对偏心轮推杆行星传动齿廓曲线进行分析;利用Pro/E建立了内齿圈齿廓三维模型并分析了内齿圈齿廓的加工工艺;使用Pro/NC系统的CAM平台,完成了内齿圈齿廓的数控加工,获得刀具轨迹;用VERICUT仿真和校验;通过后处理将刀具轨迹转换成能被FANUC 15MA数控机床识别的加工代码。 Based on the analysis of the gear curve made by Epicyclical train of eccentric disk and push rod, the three-dimension model of the inner gear was build by Pro/E, and the processing technology of the inner gear was analyzed. With the aid of CAM in the Pro/NC system, the number-controlled process of the inner gear was carried out and the knife locus was got. The knife locus was imitated and checked by VERICUT. With after processing, the knife locus was transformed into the machinery code of the FANUC 15MA numerical control machinery, process.
