间充质干细胞有多向分化潜能,以骨髓和脐血中含量最为丰富,但数量很少,须体外分离培养和扩增,但方法尚未统一,影响因素较多,尚缺乏鉴定的金标准。

Mesenchymal stem cells （ MSCs ） have potential of multi-directional differentiation. Bone marrow and cord blood have the abundantest MSCs, but its numbers still very little. MSCs must be isolated, cultivated and amplificated in vitro. But methods are not unified and have many influence factors. It still lack of gold-standard of identification.
