摘要
对大理1999～2006年工业“三废”与治污投入的关系进行了分析，得出投资数额与工业“三废”排放量呈反比，投资产生的效果明显；总结了云南大理环境质量变化与环境治污的关系。
The relation between the produce of industrial three wastes and the investments of pollution treatment from the year of 1999 to 2006 is analyzed. It shows that the treatment cost used decreased with the increasing discharge amount of industrial three wastes; the effects from the treatment investments is obvious.
