矿地复垦在解决矿区环境污染,发展可持续的国民经济,缓解矿群矛盾等方面具有重要意义。但我国矿地复垦工作存在着诸多不足,其中的关键是缺乏相关法规,基于矿地复垦工作的特殊性和复杂性,须对矿地复垦制定《矿地复垦办法》。

There are very significant meanings for solving the conflicts between environmental pollution and social and economic sustainable development in mined lands. However, there are still many obstacles for applying land reclamation ; the most key point is lack of the related rules and regulations. So the rules on mined land reclamation must be formulated based on the special property and complicated points of mined land reclamation.
