摘要
以花生的生物学特性为基础,利用冲击韧度模型给出了卧式双滚筒式花生摘果装置设计中各主要参数(结构参数和运动参数)的确定方法,并对其进行了初步试验。结果表明,采用该方法设计的摘果机可以完成新鲜、晾晒后花生果荚的摘取,而且摘果过程功耗少,可靠性高,摘净率好,破损少,为花生联合收获的开发研究奠定了基础。
Based on the biology character of peanut, the parameters was given during the design process of picked method of determining peanut off equipment as values of several main horizontal double rollers model by using the Impact Toughness model. Further more, some experiments were operated, and their result indicates that this device can not only pick off the peanut pod of greenness vine, and the dried peanut pod. In addition, its character are as following: low power consumption, reliable working process, high picker off, and little broken peanut, which is the foundation of study and design high effective peanut harvester.
