饲养室温度控制系统的设计

摘要 温度是饲养室的重要参数之一,尤其是在饲养幼禽时,对温度的要求更加精确,否则就会影响到幼禽的生长和发育。而饲养室在温度控制系统的选择方面必须做到统筹兼顾,在经济和实用方面做到最大的优化。针对这一问题,从饲养室的具体要求出发,设计中通过使用控制精度更高的集成温度传感器SL234M,确保在温度采样方面更加准确。同时,还应用了模拟显示装置使用户更加方便地了解饲养室的情况,在温度控制方面由继电器常开触点的闭合来实现。本温度控制器具有操作和维护方便的优点,功能比较齐全,适合绝大多数饲养室的使用。 The temperature is one of the important parameters in Feeding room, especially in breeding chicken. Otherwise it will affect the chicken's growing. In feeding room the options about temperature of control system must be balanced. Both In the economic and practical aspects. In view of this, we must learn from the specific requirements for room. First of all we introduced the integrated control precision higher temperature sensors SL234M in our design. It can ensure more accurate in Collection temperature sampling. Also applied simulation device that enables users to understand more convenient about the situation of feeding room. In temperature control connection, it control by relays. The advantage of temperature controller is easy to operate and maintain, In addition the functional relatively complete, so it suitable for the vast majority of Feeding rooms to used.
