摘要
在介绍绿色设计主要内容的基础上,指出了食品烘干机传统设计上的不足。为此,采用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对食品烘干机进行仿真设计,优化了干燥室的结构参数,使干燥室的温度场更均匀,从而减少了能源的消耗,达到节能的目的,提高了产品的绿色度。
The main contents of green design are introduced and the disadvantage of conventional designing for food drying-machine is pointed out. Then the simulation design of food drying-machine is done based on the CFD software FLUENT. The structural parameters of the hothouse are optimally designed making the temperature field of the hothouse more equally and reducing the resource. So the aim of energy-saving is achieved and the green degree is raised.
