旱地驱动叶轮结构参数优化试验研究

摘要 利用多元旋转组合试验设计方法探讨旱地叶轮的结构参数优化问题,采用单驱动叶轮试验装置通过田间麦茬地试验,结合牵引负荷和作业速度,定性定量地分析叶片入土角度和入土深度对叶轮滑转率的影响。通过对滑转率回归模型的分析表明:在一定牵引负荷下,入土角度和入土深度对驱动叶轮的牵引附着性有明显的影响,而且叶片入土深度比入土角度对滑转率影响稍大些。通过对滑转率回归模型的优化分析得到叶轮在驱动力为1435N时入土角度和入土深度的最佳组合值:入土深度为70mm,入土角度为76°,此时的滑转率为4.2%。 The method of rotary experimental design was discussed in detail when it was used for the study of the optimum configuration parameter on the iron wheel with lugs; single driven iron wheel was used in the experiment on wheat stubble field. Based on the field experiment data, regress model on slip and lug angle and lug depth were obtained. By analyzing the regression model, some conclusions were concluded: under the certain tractate force, the lug depth's effect on slip is bigger than the lug angle's. Optimum analysis to slip regress model was conducted and the results showed the when the drive is 1435N, the optimum lug depth is 70mm and lug angle is 76 degreases, the slip is lowest at 4.2%
