摘要
目的了解45岁以上一线护士的职业心理体验和需求,为管理者制定人性化护理管理制度提供依据。方法采用现象学研究法,深入访谈14名45岁以上一线护士。结果通过对资料阅读、分析和整理提出5个主题:一线大龄护士职业心理变化、日益加重的生理性疲劳、家庭压力增大、追求非临床一线工作的心理和日益积累的工作经验。结论45岁以上一线护士存在不同程度工作疲惫感,但有着丰富的护理经验。提示护理管理者应注重一线大龄护士的身心健康,合理调整工作岗位,使其充分发挥作用。
Objective To understand the psychological experience and demand of nurses aged over 45 years old, so as to provide evidences for decision makers to establish humanized nursing policies. Methods Phenomenological method was adopted in the paper and 14 subjects who met our criteria were interviewed. Results After reading, analyzing, introspection, and classification of the data, we put forward 5 themes.the psychological change of nurses aged over 45, ever increasing physiological weariness, family pressure, pursuit for non-clinical jobs, and accumulation of work experience. Conclusion Clinical nurses aged over 45 possess rich work experience; however, they all suffer weariness to some extent. The administrators should pay much attention to the psychological experience and physical status of the nurses and adjust their post so as to allow them make a full play of their ability.
