应用Delphi法建立医院病房护理质量的评价指标

Delphi Method in Building Up Evaluation System for Nursing Quality in Hospitals

目的应用Delphi法建立医院病房护理质量的评价指标。方法先确立备选指标,采用Delphi法对35名专家进行2轮问卷调查。结果专家的积极性系数为100%,专家对指标的权威系数为0.856;专家咨询后,一级指标未改变仍为6项,二级指标由32项变为29项:基础护理(5项)、专科护理(5项)、技术操作(2项)、病历书写(4项)、病房管理及管理制度(13项)。结论应用Delphi法建立的病房护理质量评价指标中删除二级指标4项、增加1项、分值改变3项,主要增加了心理护理、出入院指导、病历书写等项目的比重,体现了新形势下患者需求的变化和护理质量内涵的更新。

Objective To build up a scientific evaluation system for the Ward Nursing Quality in hospitals. Methods The candidate indices were established and Delphi method was then used to sought the advice of 35 experts by 2 rounds of questionnaire survey. Results The index of the expert active attitude was 100% ; the expert＇s authority coefficient was 0. 856. The first class indices had no change after expert consultation; the second class indices decreased from 32 to 29,including 5 on basic nursing ones, 5 on specialized nursing ones, 2 on manual skills, 4 on medical record writing,13 on ward management, and 1 on patient satisfaction. Conclusion The newly established evaluation system based on Delphi method removes 4 second class indices,adds 1 index, and the scores are changed for 3 indices,which reflects the changes in patient demand and the content of nursing quality.
