北京市某部退休老干部生活质量及社会支持的调查

Study on Quality of Life and Social Support in Retired Cadres From Air Force

目的研究空军退休老干部生活质量及其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表和领悟社会支持量表对100位空军退休老干部进行问卷调查。结果退休老干部的生理领域、心理领域和环境领域的得分高于常模,而社会领域得分低于常模,比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。社会支持总分、家庭内支持与生活质量的各个领域呈正相关,家庭外支持与生理领域、心理领域、社会领域呈正相关。年龄、患有慢性病、自评经济状况及医疗费用等经济因素与生活质量有关。结论为提高空军退休老干部的生活质量,应对年龄较高、患有慢性病、经济状况较差的老干部给予更多关注,并充分调动其社会支持系统。

Objective To investigate the quality retired cadres from air force of PLA. Methods of life, social support,and their correlation in the One hundred retired cadres from air force were recruited and investigated with the WHOQOL-BREF and Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）. Results Compared with the norm, the scores of physical domain, psychological domain and environmental domain in QOL were significantly higher in the retired cadres from air force; the score of social relationship domain was significantly lower（ P〈0.01）. The total score of PSSS and the score of family support were all positively correlated with all the factor score of QOL. The score of outside-family support was also positively correlated with each factor score of QOL except for the environmental domain. Moreover,the regression analysis showed that the age, chronic diseases, perceived economic level, and the influence of medical cost were related to QOL. Conclusion In order to further improve the QOL in the retired cadres from air force,full use of the social support should be suggested and more attention should be paid to the elderly people and to those with chronic diseases and lower economic income.
