摘要
教师领导是教师所实施的领导。在我国教师领导实践中常常表现为行政领导、专业领导和人际领导等实践样态,其领导动因既是教师外在环境激发的结果,更是个体教师成长需要的合理性诉求。从教师领导的外部动因分析,群体动力是教师领导的主要动力,专业资本、惯习等是教师领导的主要影响因素;从教师个体内部动因分析,发展需要所伴生的成就动机、权力动机以及自我实现动机是引发教师领导的关键因素,而专业自尊的获得是教师领导的主要动力。
Teacher leadership is the leading activity implemented by teachers. It often shows in the styles of administrators, inter-personality and professional leadership in school practice. The motivation of teacher leaders originates from the rational requirement for the development of individual teacher and the stimulus of environment. From the perspective of external environment, main motivation of teacher leaders is group dynamic, and professional capacity, organizational habits are the main influential elements to cause teacher leadership. From the perspective of teacher individual, the key elements to motivate teachers leadership are the achievement motivation for development and the good, and achieving the professional serf- esteem is the main dynamic.
