摘要
对校长的研究应当关注其职业背后所隐藏的制度逻辑,并依此对校长的现实行为作出解释。我国校长处于一个制度化利他的教育制度背景中,他们的行为遵循"锦标赛模式",趋向于"做出成绩"和"少出乱子"。二者之间的紧张与矛盾,要求在建构校长发展制度过程中充分考虑校长的生存状态和逻辑,以调动校长的办学积极性,使其切实履行校长职责、提升专业化水平。
Regarding the principal research, we should concern the system logic hidden behind the principal vocation, and explain the reality of principals. Our principals live in an institutionalized altruism context of the educational system; their actions follow the "Championship mode", and tend to "make achievements" and "less risk". And the tensions and conflicts between the two, we should be fully taken into account the principals" survival state and logic in building principals" development system, to mobilize the enthusiasm of school principals, to accurately perform principals" duties and upgrading professional level.
