Establishment of Detection of Streptococcus Suis Type 2 Using Rapid PCR

目的建立一种快速、特异且敏感的猪链球菌菌型的检测方法。方法从疑似猪链球菌感染患者血液(抗凝血)中提取DNA为模板,并合成引物检测猪链球菌特异性16SrRNA基因片段、2型猪链球菌特异性荚膜多糖编码基因片段cps2J、溶菌酶释放相关蛋白编码基因片段mrp、细胞外蛋白因子编码基因片段ef。结果PCR扩增结果证实是猪链球菌2型。结论PCR反应体系是一种检测和鉴定猪链球菌2型的快速、特异且敏感的方法。

[ Objective] To develop a rapid, specific and sensitive method for the detection of streptococcus suis. [ Methods] DNA was extracted from the blood （ anticoagulation ） of patients with suspected Streptococcus suis infection as template, and then synthesized the primers to detect 16 Sr RNA, cps2J, mrp, ef. [ Results] PCR Amplification results confirmed that the suspected patient was infected with streptococcus suis Ⅱ. [ Conclusion] PCR Reaction System is a rapid, specific and sensitive method for the detection of serotype of streptococcus suis.
