摘要
目的建立对乙酰氨基酚中毒患者血液中复方制剂成分定性、定量的气相色谱法。方法血液采用X-5富集柱萃取,以苯巴比妥为内标,9790型气相色谱仪、SE-54毛细管柱、氢火焰检测器测定。结果该方法选定条件下,检测药物的浓度线性范围:对乙酰氨基酚0.01~1.60mg/ml,咖啡因0.03~0.24mg/ml,扑尔敏0.005~0.08mg/ml;平均回收率(n=6),对乙酰氨基酚96.52%,RSD=0.86%;咖啡因92.48%,RSD=1.36%;扑尔敏100.52%,RSD=1.56%。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,可快速、准确地为临床提供诊断依据。
[ Objective ] To establish gas chromatography for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the compound preparations in blood of the acetaminophen poisoned patients. [ Methods ] The blood samples were collected with X-5 enriching column; phenobarbitone was used as the inside mark; 9790 type gas chromatograph, SE-54 capillary pillar and hydrogen flames detector were ap- plied for the determination. [ Results] The linear ranges of acetaminophen, caffeine and paracetamol were 0.01 - 1.60 mg/ml, 0.03 - 0.24 mg/ml and 0.005 - 0.08 mg/ml respectively ; the average recovery rates ( n = 6 ) of the three preparations were 96. 52% ( RSD =0.86% ) ,92.48% ( RSD =1. 36% ) and 100.52% ( RSD =1. 56% ) respectively. [Conclusion] This method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity and accuracy and can provide reliable evidence for the clinical diagnosis.
