摘要 目的反映农村"流动宴席加工点"的卫生状况,建议结合实际情况尽快制定相应对策,以加强其卫生监督管理。方法深入农村重点了解农村"流动宴席"的加工现场及加工人员的卫生状况。分析整理作者所在丰润区2004—2006年食物中毒检验原始记录,将农村"流动宴席"与其他聚餐形式引起的不明原因感染性腹泻占总数的百分比加以比较。结果农村"流动宴席加工点"卫生状况堪忧,因农村"流动宴席"引起的食物中毒占总中毒例数的百分比明显高于其他聚餐形式。结论农村"流动宴席加工点"卫生状况不容忽视,应以引导、规范、监管、便民的原则尽快采取切实可行的措施,加强其管理。 [ Objective] To reflect the sanitary situation in the rural flowing banquet processing sites and suggest the establishment of relevant countermeasures and the strengthening of sanitary supervision and management. [ Methods] Investigation was carried out on the sanitary situation in the processing sites of the floating banquets and the workers ; analysis was made on the original detection record of the food poisonings ; comparison was made on the percentages of unknown infectious diarrhea with that of other catering types. [Results]The sanitary situation in the rural flowing banquet processing sites is a great worry; the percentage of food poisonings caused by floating banquets was significantly higher than that of other catering types. [ Conclusion] Feasible and practical countermeasures should be taken to strengthen the management based on the principle of guidance, standardization, supervision and serving the people.
