Investigation on Amativeness and Masturbation Among Students at Vocational and Technical College

目的了解信阳市职业技术学院学生青春期生殖健康状况,为政府相关部门及学校对青少年生殖健康进行教育和管理提供基础信息和科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取信阳职业技术学院学生1300名,作为研究对象;所有资料全部利用SAS 8.1软件包进行描述性分析和卡方分析。结果学生中33.69%的学生有异性恋人,有异性恋人的情况为男生高于女生,城镇学生高于农村学生。有过手淫的学生为30.08%,男生手淫发生率高于女生,农村学生高于城镇学生。对手淫的认识,25.23%的学生认为有害健康,18.31%的学生认为不道德。结论大部分进入青春期的青少年自然地出现手淫、恋爱现象。应加强对学生的性知识教育,以保护学生青春期生殖健康。

[ Objective] To understand adolescent reproductive health status of Xinyang Vocational and Technical College students, and provide basic information and scientific evidence for relevant government departments and schools on adolescent reproductive health education and management. [ Methods] Stratified cluster sampling method was employed to select 1300 students as study Subjects. All data were handled by SASS. 1 software package in terms of descriptive analysis and chi-square test. [ Results] 33.69% had heterosexual lovers, the situation for heterosexuals, boys were higher than girls, urban students were higher than rural students. 30.08% had masturbation, boys higher than girls, rural students higher than urban students. Awareness of masturbation, 25.23% believed that harmful to health, 18.31% thought that immoral. [ Conclusion] Amativeness and masturbation are naturally occurred among adolescent students. Sex education should be strengthened to protect reproductive health of them.
