某化工企业扩产建设项目职业病危害预评价

Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in a Construction Project of Expansion of Outputs in A Chemical Enterprise

目的预测某化工企业扩产建设项目可能造成的职业病危害种类及程度,论证建设项目可行性研究报告中职业病危害防护措施的可行性。方法选择与建设项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采用检查表法、类比法、经验法相结合的原则进行评价。结果该建设项目在总平面布置、生产工艺布局、车间建筑设计、防噪声卫生工程技术措施、辅助卫生用室设置、职业病危害管理措施符合标准、规范要求。防毒卫生工程技术措施应进一步完善。生产过程中可能产生丙烯酰胺、其他粉尘、生产性噪声等职业病危害因素,属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

[ Objective ] To predict the type and extent of the possible occupational diseases in the Construction project of chemical enterprise, and demonstrate the feasibility of the protective measures. [Methods] The similar projects were selected to conduct Analog investigation and were evaluated by combined methods of check list, analog and experience. [ Results] General layout, production process layout, workshop building design, anti-noise measures, assistant hygienic rooms and the management of occupational hazards of the construction Consisted with the standards, regulatory requirements. The technological measures for preventing poison should be more enhanced. The process, which have the possible occupational hazard factors such as acrylamide, dust and noise belongs to the general Occupational hasards construction project. [Conclusion] The possible occupational hazards in process can be prevented, and the construction is feasible in occupational sanitation.
