摘要
收集清华大学第一附属医院神经内科2004年1月—2006年12月护理业务查房病历36份。总结分析护理风险发生的原因,探讨防范措施。确保护理管理应该从保障患者生命安全的高度给予重视和加强护理风险管理。
36 nursing records were collected from January 2004 to December 2006 in Department of Neurology to analyze the cause of nursing hazards and to discuss the prevention measures. The security of patient＇s life should be attached great importance in nursing administration, and nursing hazards administration should be strengthened.
