财富的觉醒——中国改革开放30年的道路

The Awakening of the Desire for Wealth:A Retrospection of the Course of Reform and Opening-up over the Past Thirty Years

改革开放释放了亿万人民追求财富的欲望所产生的强大能量,成为解放社会生产力的巨大推动力。只要承认追求个体财富的正当性,整个社会就将不可阻挡地发生脱胎换骨式的革命性变化。改革开放以来的30年,是中国历史上千载难逢的太平年代,中国百姓终于不再被扼杀财富梦想,可以安安心心、踏踏实实地创造和积累属于自己的财富了。历经30年,中国已经从贫困基础上的改革转变为财富基础上的改革。由于民间财富基础已经从单一的"消费资金剩余"型,转变为高度复杂的财富基础,利益结构发生了多元化、差异化、阶层化甚至集团化的演变。因此,今天正在进行和未来将要进行的改革开放,将是一个更加充满利益博弈的过程。如何"统筹"各方面的利益,使失衡和可能失衡的关系得到平衡,是中国新时期创造更伟大的财富文明所面临的艰巨任务。中国所经历的30年改革开放,只是整个中华民族崛起的一个序幕。在基于现代财富文明的市场经济制度下,追求财富不仅仅是一种个人负责精神,而且也应该是一种社会责任行为,它意味着财富形成过程中的个体行为也要具有对相关利益者负责、对社会负责、对世界负责的精神;它要求财富的创造和积累过程不仅只对个体是可以持久和代际相继的,而且应该和必须对社会、世界和人类也是可持续的。

The reform and opening up constitutes a fantastic driving force for the emancipation of the social productive forces in that it releases tremendous energy produced by the desire for wealth held by billions of Chinese people. As long as the pursuit of personal wealth is justified and acknowledged, the whole society will irreversibly undergo a revolutionary transformation. The past three decades after the inception of reform and opening up make up a rare golden age in Chinese history in which Chinese people enjoy peace and prosperity： they are no long deprived of their dreams for wealth so that they can set their mind on the creation and accu- mulation of the wealth of their own. Thus the hypnotized awareness of wealth fostered by generations of Chinese people is awakened again.
