UHPP项目对西宁、银川社区卫生服务发展影响分析

Assessment the Influence of Urban Health and Poverty Program on Community Health Development in Yinchuan and Xi'ning City

目的:评价中英城市社区卫生与贫困医疗救助项目(简称UHPP项目)对项目市社区卫生服务发展的影响;方法:采取定量与定性相结合的方法对项目市社区卫生资源发展和样本机构进行分析评价;结果:项目市以UHPP项目实施为契机,努力打造以社区卫生机构发展为平台的基本医疗救助体系,从服务机构、技术队伍、信息管理系统、服务质量等都得到了较快的发展。结论:在UHPP项目的推动下,项目市社区卫生服务有了迅速发展,但还需要进一步加强社区卫生服务机构、服务人员、服务内容和服务技能等方面的内涵建设。

Objective To understand the development of community health services after the urban health and poverty program （UHPP） were conducted in Yinchuan and Xi ＇ning City. Method The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis were used to assess the development of total community health service. Results The result showed that the departments of community health were completely set up, the service function were expanded, staff training and ability of health service were improved, management system of community health information were set up. Conclusion With the promotion of UHPP, community health services developed rapidly in both City, while the professional training, function of public health service and health information management system are still to be more improved.
