单病种付费与DRGs预付模式研究综述

The Summary of Single Disease Paying and DRGs Prepay Model

目前,我国部分医院进行了单病种付费的试点,取得了一些成绩,但其存在的局限性也值得深思。借鉴国外实施的DRGs付费模式,将其与我国具体国情相结合,逐步推进单病种付费向DRGs付费方式的过渡,也许可以成为解决群众"看病贵"的有效途径。

At present, some hospitals in China are making experiments of single disease paying and gaining some achievements, however, there are several disadvantages which should be speculated. Making use of the DRGs prepay model in foreign countries, making a link with the current situation of China and pursuing the transition of single disease paying to DRGs prepay model gradually, all of which may be an efficient way to slove the problem of “too costly to see a doctor”.
