山西省农民专业合作社发展建议

Suggestion on the Farmers' Professional Cooperative

《农民专业合作社法》的实施,是我国农业法制建设史上的一件大事,是事关农民政治经济生活和农业农村工作的一件大事,在我国农民专业合作社建设与发展史上具有里程碑的重要意义。为此,针对山西省目前专业合作社的发展情况提出几点建议:一是健全领导机制。二是加强政策引导。三是制定和实施扶持农民专业合作社的优惠政策。四是强化对农民专业合作社的外部监管。五是大力宣传贯彻落实《农民专业合作社法》。

The enforcement of the Act of the Farmers＇ Professional Cooperative in China is an important event for legal system construction in China and demonstrates historic significance in agricultural legal and its great importance to farmers＇ political and economical llfe and agricultrue and rural area working. Suggestion, based on present situation for the growth of the farmers＇ professional cooperative in Shanxi has been put forward as the following： （1）Strengthening leading authority; （2） Strengthening of the policy guide; （3）Making and implement of preferential policy to give aid to the cooperative; （4）strengthening the outside supervise to the cooperative ; （S） Powerful publicizing and acting in the spirit of the act.
