Identification for Hybrid Sunflower Varietal Purity with SSR Molecular Marker

通过对向日葵总DNA提取方法的比较、PCR扩增反应体系和程序的筛选、电泳检测方法的优化,以15个杂交组合为材料,从165对引物中筛选出扩增带型稳定、多态性丰富的8对核心引物。最终建立了一套适用于杂交向日葵品种纯度鉴定的技术体系。

Through comparision of sunflower DNA extraction method, acreening for PCR amplification reaction system, program,and optimization for electrophoretic test methods,15 hybridized combinations were used as material,8 pairs core primers with stable amplifier band,rich polymorhism have been screened,and finally a set of purity identification technology system for sunflower has been set up.
