摘要
介绍了焊接无损探伤机的参数自适应模糊控制方法,通过调整脉冲电压波形来调整激发电流。主要介绍了参数自适应模糊控制器的结构、模糊规则及控制算法。结果表明,该系统具有较强的鲁棒性和更好的静动态特性,胶片感光质量达到了理想的要求。
A method of the parameter selfadapting Fuzzy controlling of nondestructive flaw detecting machine for welding is presented.The exciting current is controlled by adjusting pulsevoltage waves.The structure,controlling roles and controlling algorithms of the parameter selfadapting Fuzzy controller are mainly discussed.The practical results have been shown that the system has better robust stabilization and better static and dynamic characters,and the light sensitive quality of photographic film is very satisfactory.
