摘要 介绍了农业病虫害预测预报中常用的Pearson相关分析,多序列相关系数和Spearman秩相关3种相关分析方法的原理、参数估计以及统计检验的方法。结合两个实际例子介绍了多序列相关系数和Spearman秩相关的具体应用。 Three correlation analysis methods, including Pearson's correlation coefficient, poly-serial correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, were introduced in this paper, and the methods of parameter estimation and statistical test of each correlation analysis were also discussed. The applications of the poly-serial correlation coefficient and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient were demonstrated with two practical examples.
