摘要
针对二甲醚(DME)发动机PRVI燃料喷射系统和电控系统,运用Matlab强大的数据处理功能和面向对象技术,编制了DME发动机电控系统MAP图处理软件。文章阐述了MAP图数据处理的流程和方法;在油泵试验台上,对编制的MAP图处理软件进行了试验验证。结果表明,该软件实现了发动机最佳控制MAP图的制取,减少了电控系统与发动机匹配的工作量,满足设计需要。
In order to fully utilize the potential of pump-rail-valve-injector(PRVI) injection system and the electronic control system, the MAP management software is compiled based on the tool of MAT- LAB and the object-oriented method. This paper illustrates the process and the method of data processing. The code is validated by the experiments based on the oil pump bench. With this system, the optimization MAP is obtained and the workload of electronic control system matching is reduced. The MAP management software meets the requirements of the PRVI injection system and the electronic control system.
