摘要
某中型卡车的驾驶室重达700 kg,单凭人力无法实现其翻转,必须借助于翻转机构。文章提出了翻转扭杆的设计方法,并结合该驾驶室的实测质量、重心坐标和扭杆材料剪切模量等数据对翻转扭杆进行了设计研究,对扭杆进行了疲劳试验;试验结果表明,扭杆的性能符合设计要求。
The cab of a medium-sized truck weighs nearly 700 kg, and the overturn framework is needed because manpower is not strong enough to achieve its overturning. In this paper, a method of designing the torsion bar of the medium-sized truck is proposed. On the basis of the weight, the value of X coordinate of the cab and the shear modulus of the torsion bar measured, the design and research of the torsion bar are carried out. Fatigue experiment is made,and the results indicate that the performance of the torsion bar is up to the requirements of the design.
