摘要
封装方法的研究对于光纤光栅传感有着重要的意义。封装后的光纤光栅传感器,须具备良好的线性度和重复性。提出了一种使用碳纤维增强复合材料进行封装的新方法,讨论了在复合材料中嵌入光纤光栅的工艺,封装后各传感器反射波长均有所增长,波形谱线也都比较尖锐没有出现啁啾现象,对封装后的传感器进行应变实验和温度试验,相关实验表明:此方法封装的光纤光栅传感器具有良好的线性度和重复性,并具有一定的增敏效果,可用于应变及温度测量,具有实际应用价值。
Research on encapsulating method of FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor showed significant value for FBG application in strain and temperature measurement. The encapsulated FBG sensor should have necessary linearity and repeatability. In this paper, an novel encapsulating method utilizing carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) was presented, the technique of embedding FBG into CFRP laminates was also examined. Wavelengths of the FBG sensors were slightly increased after encapsu- lating, temperature and strain test of these sensors were also carried out, experimental research demonstrated such CFRP encapsulated FBG sensors own excellent linearity, repeatability and sensitivity improvement, which showed broad application prospect in wide engineering field.
