摘要
通过对边长350 mm,内圆直径210 mm预应力混凝土空心方桩焊接接头抗弯试验,研究空心方桩受弯作用下桩身变形、裂缝分布情况,分析其承载能力及破坏特征。试验研究表明:预应力混凝土空心方桩的焊接接头满足要求检验值,但当桩身出现裂缝后截面刚度损失较大,对抗弯性能较为不利。其次通过对焊接接头质量影响因素的探讨,表明端板和焊缝对保证接头质量的重要性。
The deformation and cracks of prestressed concrete hollow square pile has been studied by the experiment on 350 (210)HKFZ, then the bearing capacity and the failure mode are analyzed. Through this experimental study, it is testified that welding joint of 350(210)HKFZ satisfies for the requirement. But after cracking, because of the bending stiffness decreasing rapidly, it is disadvantageous to the flexure bearing behavior. The influences on joint quality are also discussed, it is testified that importance of end-plate and weld bead to joint quality.
