工程量清单计价模式下,低价中标成为业主选择承包商的重要原则之一。为了在激烈的建筑市场竞争中生存,不平衡报价成为承包商投标报价中一种行之有效的报价策略。文中根据引起不平衡报价的原因,将其分为3种类型,针对每种类型提出其模型建立的假定条件并建立起相应的不平衡报价模型。考虑到实际施工中工程量的不确定性,提出了估算实际工程量的一种有效方法。

According to the causes of unbalanced bid, three kinds of unbalanced bid model have been summarized. At the same time, this article have given out modd;s assume condition and established the three unbalanced bid modal. Considering the uncertainty of the amounts unbalanced bid model, this article has brought forward one effective method to estimate the actual amounts. At last, an project example has been adopt and analyzed to the unbalanced bid model, which has summed up a series of analysis conclusion that may be useful to the other engineering.
