摘要
目前国内没有车轮疲劳强度设计计算标准,使用ANSYS 8.0软件对高速列车车轮进行了三维有限元分析,计算出车轮在直线、曲线和道岔牵引三种工况时孔边薄弱部位的应力,利用二种方法算出车轮的安全系数对其疲劳强度进行评定。通过对三种方法进行比较研究,认为应力分量中考虑平均应力方法应为优先选择的方法。
There is no calculation standard of wheel fatigue strength in China. ANSYS 8.0 software is adopted for 3D analysis of high speed train wheels. Stresses in the weak points such as the hole side are calculated for the wheels under linear, curve and turnover traction modes. The wheel safety factors are calculated with 3 methods for the evaluation of the fatigue strength. Comparison is made to the three methods and it is considered that the average stress method should be taken as the method with fast priority.
