摘要
变频交流辅助传动系统与传统的液压传动和机械传动系统相比,最突出的特点是提高了机车可靠性、节约了燃油、降低了机车的运用成本。根据机车不同的运行工况,实现了逆变器在机车牵引工况时,精确调节柴油机的油水温度;在机车电阻制动工况时,回收利用牵引电动机发出的电能,有利于环保。目前此项技术已在配属乌鲁木齐机务段的DF8B5177号机车上运用,各项技术指标达到设计要求。
Compared with traditional hydraulic drive and mechanical drive, the auxiliary frequency conversion AC-drive system features higher reliability, lower fuel consumption and lower locomotive operation cost. Under locomotive traction mode, the inverter could adjust accurately the fuel oil and water temperature of the diesel engine. Under braking mode, the power generated by the traction motor could be recycled, which is environmental friendly. Currently the technology has been adopted by the DF88 5177 locomotive of Wulumuqi Locomotive Depot and all the technical indexes reach the design requirement.
