摘要
目前驼峰作业调车机车上监控装置与无线机车信号装置无法通过接口实现监控功能,从而给驼峰调车安全带来隐患,导致驼峰调车事故的频繁发生,且发生调车作业事故后,缺少必要的记录依据,分析定责时易发生相互扯皮推诿的情况。针对这些问题提出通过技术改造,实现驼峰无线信号与监控装置结合控车的技术方案,为确保驼峰调车作业安全提供了一条途径。
Currently monitor function could not be realized via the interface between the monitor device and wireless signal device of the hump shunting locomotive, which is a hidden danger to the safety of hump shunting and leads to frequent occurrence of accidents. Further more after the accidents, necessary records are missed after the shunting accidents and responsibilities are difficult to be assigned during the analysis. Technical improvement is proposed for solution of the problems, by realizing of combination control by monitor device and hump wireless signal, which paved a way for the safety operation of hump shunting.
