目的研制军队疗养院全成本核算管理信息系统,提高疗养院财经管理水平和工作效率。方法开发研制包含有收费管控、药品管控、物资管控、资产管控、人力资源管理、客房管控、日常报销、科级核算、综合查询等9大子系统63个功能模块组成军队疗养院全成本核算管理信息系统。结果军队疗养院全成本核算管理信息系统数据集成度高、安全性高;操作性强、拓展性强,能实时动态管理疗养院经济活动。结论应用军队疗养院全成本核算管理信息系统,能实时动态管理疗养院经济活动,提高疗养院财经管理水平和工作效率。

Objective The total-cost accounting management system was developed to improve the effective of finance and economics management in sanatorium. Methods The total-cost accounting management system had 9 sub-systems with 63 function blocks including of charging, medicine, goods and materials, human resources, guest rooms, current submitting expense, department cost account and synthetical search handling. Results The total-cost accounting management system had four characters with high assembly, good safety, easy operation and widely development. It can control the military sanatorium finance and economics all the time. Conclusion The total-cost accounting management system will improve the effective of finance and economics management in sanatorium and provide the sanatorium with true, real-time and efficient accounting report and the information of cost plan, analysis, forecast and control.
