常州纺器厂1986年引进瑞士格拉夫公司金属针布制造技术及关键设备,两年内投产.本文以两种方案来测算投资效益并对还贷方案进行优选.采取迅速完成国产设备配套,增加品种和产量;原材料和易损件国产化;合理订价;加强售后服务等措施,以尽快获得投资效益.
In 1986. Changzhou Textile Accessories Factory imported the technology and key equipment for MCC manufacture from Graf, Switzerland and put them into production within two years. This paper deduces in two ways the results and benifits of the investment and optimizes the payments for loans. It is pointed out that the returns from the investment may be gained in a shorter time by measures such as: completing home-made MCC manufacturing equipment rapadly, increace of both output and variety of products, use of home-made raw materials and wear-prone parts, rationalization of prices improvement of after-sale service etc.
