识别Na^+的新型荧光分子探针的合成与性能

摘要 研究了两种新型的中位为苯并15-冠-5亚单元取代的含稠合外环的硼—二吡咯亚甲基(BDP)染料衍生物的合成及其光谱性质。用荧光滴定技术研究了它在强极性溶剂(如乙腈)中对Na+的响应能力。研究结果表明:在荧光团分子结构中的3,5位含有吸电子酯基的BDP染料2可望成为一种新型的具有高灵敏度和高选择性识别Na+的荧光分子探针。 Synthesis and spectroscopic properties of a novel exoeyelie ring - fused boron - dipyrromethene (BDP) dye derivative substituted with benzo crown ether subunit at meso - position are studied. Its responsive abilities to sodium ions in strong polar solvent such as aeetonitrile are studied by using speetrofluorometrie titrations. The results indicated that, by the introduetion of electron with drawing ester groups to the ehromophore at 3,5 position ,the exoeyelie ring- fused boron- dipyrromethene (BDP) dye 2 can be expected as a novel fluorescent molecular probe with high sensitivity and highly selective recognition to Na^ +.
