白木香立枯病的病原鉴定及生物学特性 被引量:10

摘要 对白木香幼苗上发生的1种新病害进行了病原鉴定及生物学特性研究。结果表明:该病害为丝核菌属的立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)引起的立枯病。病原菌生长的最适宜温度为10~30℃,20~30℃;在查彼克琼脂培养基上生长最快,香石竹PDA培养基上产菌核最多;以可溶性淀粉为碳源,硫酸氨为氮源,有利于菌丝的生长;光照条件下比黑暗条件下菌丝生长好,但差异不明显。 Pathogen causing damping-off of seedlings ofAquilaria sinenais was identified and its biological characteristics were studied in this paper. The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Rhizoctonia solani Kühn. The temperature for mycelial growth of the pathogen ranged from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃with the optimum being 20-30℃. The pathogen grew the fastest in the Czapek agar medium. In regard to the sclerotial formation of R.solani Ktihn, carnation PDA was found to be the best medium, in which the sclerotial numbers were the highest. For mycelial growth, the optimum carbon and nitrogen sources were soluble starch and sulfate of ammonia, respectively. The mycelia grew better in light than in dark, but there was no significant difference between them.
