Social Benefit Evaluation of Land Reconsolidation Projects Based on Entropy-Weighted Extentic Matter-Element Model

研究目的:利用熵权可拓物元模型评价土地整理典型项目社会效益状况、影响因素及其影响程度。研究方法:应用熵权可拓物元模型进行土地整理社会效益评价。研究结果:不同项目社会效益的实现各有其特点,而且社会效益各影响因素贡献不同。研究结论:将熵权可拓物元模型应用于土地整理社会效益评价,克服了传统以定性分析为主的土地整理社会效益评价的不足,并可直观地反映土地整理社会效益实现程度。

The purpose of the paper is to apply entropy-weighted extentic matter-element model to evaluate the social benefit of some typical land reconsohdation projects, influencing factors and degrees of impact. Method of entropyweighted extentic matter-element model was employed to evaluate the social benefit of land reconsolidation. Result reveals that social benefit of different projects may be realized differently. Different influencing factors have different impacts on social benefit. It is concluded in the end that the evaluation of the social benefit of land reconsolidation using the entropy-weighted extentic matter-element model, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional methods, can directly reflect the realization of social benefit resulting from land reconsolidation.
