实时心肌造影对可疑冠心病患者的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索实时心肌超声造影(RTMCE)在可疑冠心病中的左室心内膜边界及心肌显影效果。方法:49例可疑冠心病患者进行了超声心动图检查,并在静息状态下行心肌声学造影后进行冠状动脉造影并与冠状动脉造影对比分析。结果:(1)超声造影后左室心内膜边界显示较造影前明显清晰,显示不清的节段减少,清晰显示的节段增多,记分指数增高(P<0.05)。(2)49例患者中冠脉造影15例异常,3例冠脉3支病变的患者显示心肌灌注明显下降,12例单支或双支病变的患者中7例表现为相应冠脉供血区心肌灌注下降,5例其相应冠脉供血区未见异常,34例冠脉造影正常者中有3例表现为灌注减弱。结论:心肌超声造影有望成为可疑冠心病及冠心病的常规检查方法。 Objective:To investigate the application value of real - time myocardial contrast echocardiography (RTMCE) in assessing suspicious coronary dlsease. Methods:49 patients with chest pain were enrolled in this study. Before and after RTMCE, the left ventricular endocardial border was delineated; All patients referred for coronary angiography. Results: ( 1 ) After RTMCE, the endocardial border becamemore precise. The number of unclear endocardial border decreased while the number of clearborder and the score index incresed (P 〈0.05). (2) In the 15 case of coronary artery stenosis, compared with the coronary angiography, it showed that there was a significant myocardial perfusion reduce showed in MCE study in 3 patients with 3 -vessels disease, and in 1 -2 -vessels disease could showed regiment perfusion decreased in correspond disease artery supply ventricular wall in 7 patients , In the 5 case of coronary artery stenosis, there was a no significant myocardial perfusion reduce showed in MCE. There was no significant side-effect in all of patients during the study. Conclusion: Real - time myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) is hopefully going to be a routine method in assessing coronary diseases.
